Wii Active Kicked My Butt

I am the new proud owner of a Wii Active. With three small kids at home it makes it very hard for me to be able to go the gym everyday. It is also expensive to find a good gym. So today I started my 30 day workout with my new virtual trainer. We walked, ran, did squats, a little boxing and inline skated.I found out I am in worse shape then I thought.

This is one of the best workouts I have ever had. If any of you have a Wii I would highly recommend this game. It helps you keep track of your progress and gives you hints on how to do each step properly. Its amazing what technology can do.

I hope to be giving updates periodically so you can see how I am progressing. Hopefully it will motivate me to know there are others out there who now know I am trying to lose weight and get healthy. All the incouragement you can give is welcome.

I can't believe I am going to do this but I feel by posting my weight. I will be incouraged to do better so I can update with good results. Here we go. I Stacey am 5'7" and weigh 198lbs. (But hopefully not for long!)

WAY TO GO WORKOUT MAMA! i have wii fit and it is annoying cause you have to stop after every exercise and pick a new one. is this like that? or does it go from one thing to the next keeping your heart rate up?? i am SO interested in this game :)
