We have never gone as far as to purchase any of these items, but I think the kids are starting to wear me down. It is kind of sweet that my son is worries about me loosing the keys and that he wants to help me not waste money on uneaten veggies and fruit.

Husband bought the Pedi Paws nail sander do-da, which he seems pretty pleased with, and that was an As Seen on TV item, I'm pretty sure.

I'm determined to get the pedi-paws thing, because I hate trying to cut my two dalmatians nails. But other than that, I try to avoid anything that says "As seen on TV". Although, if I remember correctly, that's how Oxi-Clean got its start and there's a ton of folks that praise that stuff to the stars.

I don't think I've ever bought from an infomercial. Targhay usually has a lot of the "As seen on tv" stuff. That's where I got The Magic Bullet.

Princess Nagger is constantly touting the praises of the 'As Seen On TV' products, saying we HAVE to get things - I have bought a few, but mostly I wait until they show up in the store so I don't have to pay shipping...like yesterday I found a lap desk at Target that I've been wanting for my laptop when I'm on the couch...it was half the price from the TV commercial, and no shipping! ;)

Oh yes, we definitely have that problem. My kids continually inform me of all those products that they see on TV - we haven't bought any of them yet either, but I'm sure the day is coming when we will. Right now they are on this kick to get me to buy some toothpaste dispenser...no that's not a mess waiting to happen!
